Washington Convention Center Identity

The client’s existing 4-color photo-based logo caused multiple printing headaches, but they did not want a complete redesign. My solution was to streamline it, converting it to 2-color vector art for a more modern look, as well as more cost-efficient printing. Those bright, bold colors were the basis for the identity redesign, using large blocks of color within white frames, clean typography, and photography that I art directed. Items designed included custom pocket folder, full stationery suite, customizable training book covers, advertising, web and email banners, signage, and an exhibit booth display.
